Физическое лицо, которое было в соответствии с надлежащими процедурами, принятыми в стране, допущено к профессиональной работе в областях, связанных со здоровьем человека (т.е. в области терапии, стоматологии, хиропрактики, ортопедии, ухода за больными, медицинской физики, радиодиагностики и радиотерапии, радиофармацевтики, гигиены труда). (Из [1].) Данный термин применяется в ОНБ для того, чтобы провести различие между таким лицом и лицом, занимающимся медицинской практикой, в отношении которого действуют дополнительные критерии.
